We are offering a bona fide partnership track to a senior insurance defense attorney ready to elevate their career and bring their client relationships to a firm with the infrastructure, reputation, and resources to help them thrive. Our firm appears at every WCAB district office in the state. You bring the talent and relationships; we provide the brand, the support staff, the technology, and the back-office strength to let you focus on what you do best — winning for clients.
- Lead a diversified insurance defense practice with focus on workers' compensation, casualty, and employer liability matters
- Develop, manage, and expand client relationships with major carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers
- Mentor and supervise a team of associates and paralegals
- Serve as first chair in complex trials and arbitrations
- Contribute to firm strategy, marketing, and thought leadership
- Collaborate with practice group leaders across the California network
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 8–12 years of insurance defense litigation experience
- Proven track record of trial success and client retention
- Demonstrated portable business or strong carrier relationships
- Executive presence and leadership capability
- Existing book of business ($500K+)
- Experience with national account management
- Prior partnership experience at a peer-level firm
