You will work at the intersection of law, technology, and data — optimizing workflows, implementing cutting-edge legal technology, and building analytics capabilities that give our attorneys and clients a competitive edge. This is a high-visibility role with direct access to firm leadership.

- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and develop process improvement recommendations
- Lead technology implementation projects including case management, billing, and analytics platforms
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for firm leadership and client reporting
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to streamline workflows
- Support vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and software procurement
- Develop and maintain legal operations playbooks and standard operating procedures
- Train staff on new systems and processes; provide ongoing technical support
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in legal operations, business analysis, or process improvement
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Experience with legal technology platforms (e.g., iManage, Filevine, Clio, NetSuite)
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- CLOC (Corporate Legal Operations Consortium) membership or certification
- Experience with AI-powered legal tools
- Law firm or in-house legal department background
